지역기관의 산업보안활동이 기술유출방지에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Industrial Security Activities of Local Institution on the Technology Outflow Prevention - Focussed on the Mediator Effect of the Security Recognition

본 연구에서는 지방의 공공 및 민간기관을 대상으로 산업보안활동 요인과 구성원들의보안인식, 그리고 기술유출방지의 인과관계성을 분석하여 산업보안활동으로서의 보안통제항목과 보안인식이 기술유출방지의 효과를 높일 수 있을지에 대한 실증결과를 제시하였다. 그 결과 물리적 보안과 기술유출방지 간 직접효과를 제외한 관리적 보안과 기술적보안의 기술유출방지에 대한 직접효과와 보안인식의 매개효과는 모두 채택되었으며, 물리적 보안은 보안인식에 매개하여 기술유출방지에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기술유출방지를 위한 관리적 보안과 기술적 보안의 중요성이 확인되었으며, 기술유출을 사전에 차단하기 위해서는 기술적 보안시스템 활용을 바탕으로 관리적 차원의 보안통제가 유기적으로 작용하여야 한다. 또한 산업정보 및 기술에 대한 물리적 접근통제의 효율성을높이기 위해서는 통제 대상인 구성원들의 보안인식과 밀접한 관련이 있다.

This study is to analyze the causal relationship among the industrial security activities, security recognition, and technology outflow prevention of local public and private institution for examining whether security control factors and security recognition could enhance the effect of technology outflow prevention. As a result, the direct effect on technology outflow prevention of the administrative control factor and technical control factor and the mediator effect of security recognition were adopted except the direct effect between the physical control factor and technology outflow prevention, but it is suggested that the physical control factor influence technology outflow prevention by security recognition as parameter value. Therefore, the importance of the administrative security and technical security was assured and the administrative control should act organically along with technical security system to prevent the technology outflow. In addition, the efficaciousness of the physical access control to industrial intelligence and technology is linked closely with security recognition.
