예비유아교사의 놀이신념이 교사역량에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Teaching Competency through the Prospective Early Childhood Teacher’s Play Beliefs: Mainly Focusing on mediating Effects on Recognition of Professionalism.

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 놀이신념이 교사역량에 미치는 영향에서 전문성인식의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 2019년 11월 20일부터 12월 20일까지 전라남도 지역에 위치한 3, 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 유아교육 및 보육과 245명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 Cronbach α 계수, Pearson 적률상관분석, 매개회귀분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 놀이신념, 전문성인식 및 교사역량과 하위요인 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났지만, 놀이신념과 교사역량의 하위요인 중 보육계획수립 및 보육과정실행은 유의미한 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 놀이신념이 교사역량에 미치는 영향에서 전문성인식의 완전 매개효과가 나타났다. 교사역량의 하위요인 별로 살펴보았을 때 교사역량의 하위요인인 학습지원, 개인적 자질, 유아보호에서는 전문성인식의 완전 매개효과가, 보육과정이해, 학급운영에서는 부분매개 효과가 나타났으며, 하위요인 중 보육계획 수립 및 보육과정 실행은 매개분석을 위한 기본 가정이 충족되지 못하였다. 이는, 변화하고 있는 유아교육현장에 맞춤형 교사양성과정의 지원 및 관련 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects on teaching competency: what would be the results on mediating effect of recognition of professionalism. For the study, preliminary research and actual survey were progressed. In the preliminary research, the reliability research tools and adequacy review, time use of inspection tools, and difficulty in terms were processed. The survey target was two hundred forty-five students who majored in Early Childhood Education and Child Care Education were attending three and four year college located in Jeollanam-do from November 20th, 2019 to December 20th, 2019. The result of the study first of all is that there was significant static correlation among preparing young children teachers play beliefs, recognition of professionalism, and subdomain of teaching competency. But, there was no meaningful correlation in between play beliefs and establishing day care plans and enforcing day care curriculum which are the subdomains of recognition of professionalism. Second, the complete mediate effect is showed in the impact on teaching competency through play beliefs. The complete mediate effect of recognition of professionalism is showed in the subfactors of teaching competency: studying support, personal qualities, and protecting children. Partial mediate effect of recognition of professionalism is appeared in understanding of day care curriculum and class management. Establishing day care plans and enforcing day care curriculum didn t satisfy basic assumption for the mediate analysis.
