학생 주도형 프로젝트 기반 학습 사례 연구

Case Study of Student-directed Project Based Learning

본 연구는 4명의 고등학생들이 학교 생활에서 경험한 문제점을 해결하는 과정으로 진행된 학생 주도형 프로젝트 기반 학습의 사례를 분석한 것이다. 학생들은 학급 내 공기청정기의 필터를 청소하는 과정에서 경험한 어려움을 해결하고자 프로젝트 집단을 형성하였으며, 연구자는 지도교사로서 학생들이 공기청정기의 필터를 청소하기 위한 기기를 고안하고 제작하는 과정을 살펴보는 관찰자 역할을 하였다. 학생들이 프로젝트 기반 학습에 주도적으로 참여한 결과, 문제 해결 과정에서 과학적 사고 과정을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 학생들은 지식정보처리 역량, 창의 융합 역량과 문제해결 역량을 신장시킬 수 있었다.

This study analyzes the case of student-directed project based learning conducted as a process of solving problems experienced by four high school students in school life. Students formed a project group to solve the difficulties experienced in cleaning the filters of the air cleaners in the classroom, and the researcher, as an instructor, guided the process of designing and manufacturing devices for cleaning the filters of the air cleaners. It served as an observer. As a result of the students proactive participation in project based learning, they were able to glimpse the scientific thinking process in the problem solving process, and they were able to enhance their knowledge information processing competency, creative convergence competency and problem solving competency.
