모바일 한국어 유의어 변별 사전 개발을 위한 기초 연구

본 연구의 목적은 한국어 학습자들이 유의어를 쉽게 변별하여 사용할 수 있도록 하되, 물리적 지면의 한계를 극복하고 학습자의 접근 편의성을 높이기 위해 모바일을 기반으로 한 유의어 변별 사전을 제안하는 데 있다. 본고는 모바일 한국어 유의어 변별 사전 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서, 사전의 표제어 선정 및 의미 정보 기술 방안을 중심으로 논의를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 기존 한국어 유의어 사전에서 다루지 않았던 고급 수준의 부사어를 중심으로 사전의 표제어를 선정하였고, 어휘 및 용례 검색을 위해 『국제 통용 한국어 표준 교육과정 적용 연구』(김중섭 외, 2017), 『넓은 풀이 우리말 유의어 대사전(낱말 편집부, 2010)』, 『표준국어대사전(국립국어원,1999)』, 국립국어원의 현대 구어 및 문어 말뭉치와 고려대학교 민족문화연구원의 현대 한국어 용례 검색기를 사용하였다. 그 결과 59쌍의 고급 부사 유의어 군을 추출하였으며, 유의어의 공통 특성과 시차 특성을 명시적으로 구분하여 기술할 뿐 아니라 최근 검색 단어 및 관심 단어 저장 기능, 퀴즈 등 모바일 환경의 장점을 활용한 의미 정보 기술 모형을 제안하였다. 이러한 모바일 한국어 유의어 변별 사전의 개발은 모어 화자를 위한 사전 편찬뿐 아니라 한국어 교육 분야에서의 활용을 위해서도 반드시 필요한 작업이다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a mobile-based Korean synonym dictionary so that Korean learners can easily distinguish and use synonyms, but to overcome the limitations of paper and increase learners accessibility. As a basic study for the development of mobile-based Korean synonym dictionary, this paper focused on vocabulary selection and semantic explanation. To this end, we selected advanced adverbs that were not covered in the existing Korean language dictionary, and referred to the Study on the Application of Standard Korean Language Standard Curriculum (Kim Joong-sup et al., 2017) to search for vocabulary and examples. Accordingly, 59 pairs of advanced adverbial synonyms were extracted, and the advantages of the mobile environment were to be utilized as well as to explicitly distinguish commonality and parallax characteristics. The development of such a mobile-based Korean synonym dictionary is an essential task for the compilation of native speakers dictionaries as well as for their use in Korean language education.
