물리치료사의 보수교육 규모에 따른 만족도 비교

Comparison of satisfaction level according to the scale of continuing education for physical therapists

본 연구에서는 물리치료사를 대상으로 실시된 소단위 보수교육과 대단위 보수교육으로 구분하여 보수교육에 대한 교육 내용, 강사, 교육 수준, 교육 시설 및 운영에 대한 만족도를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 2019년 대한물리치료사협회 대전시회에 참석한 물리치료사를 대상으로 실시하였으며, 소단위 보수교육의 참여 인원 49명, 대단위 보수교육 참여 인원 200명을 대상으로 실시한 보수교육 만족도에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서는 교육내용 만족도, 강사 만족도, 교육 수준 만족도의 모든 항목에 있어서는 소단위 보수교육군이 대단위 보수교육군에 비해 모두 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 반면 교육시설 만족도의 모든 항목과 운영 만족도 항목 중 인원 적절성과 안내 항목에서는 대단위 보수교육군이 소단위 보수교육군에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 따라서 물리치료사의 보수교육에 대한 만족도와 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 실습 위주의 소단위 형태의 보수교육이 더욱 많이 제공되는 것을 추천하며, 이와 함께 적절한 교육 장소 및 인력을 배치하여야 물리치료사의 전반적인 보수교육에 대한 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, subjects were divided into small-scale and large-scale continuing education(CE) to find out satisfaction level with educational content, instructors, teaching level, and satisfaction with education facility and management. The subjects of the study were physical therapists who attended the education at Daejeon City with the Korea Physical Therapists Association in 2019, with 49 participants in small-scale CE and 200 in large-scale. The results of the study showed that small-scale CE were significantly higher than large-scale CE in all categories of satisfaction level with educational content, instructors, and the teaching level. On the other hand, among all the categories of satisfaction with the educational facility and management, the large-scale CE was significantly higher than the small-scale CE. The results of this study recommend that in order to improve the satisfaction and quality of the physical therapist s CE, more educations in the form of small-scale with an appropriate educational facility, and staffing are provided.
