대학교원의 강의준비태도와 학습자의 학습태도와의 관계분석

Relationship between university professors readiness and students learning attitude

이 연구는 대학교원의 강의준비태도와 그 강의를 수강하는 학습자들의 학습태도를 조사하여 대학교원의 강의준비태도와 학습자의 학습태도와의 관계를 밝히고, 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 A대학의 대학교원 112명에게는 강의준비태도에 대한 설문을 실시하였고, 그들의 강의를 수강하는 학습자 3,177명에게는 학습태도를 묻는 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과 대학교원의 강의준비태도(강의목표설정(유형), 강의내용 준비수준(난이도), 기대되는 강의이해도(학생수, 강의내용), 강의의 문제점인식(유무, 종류))는 학습자들의 학습태도(학습목표 인지도, 학습내용 이해도, 학습 참여도, 학습 흥미도, 학습시간, 교수자의 열정 인식정도, 수업추천의지)와 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학교원이 설정하는 강의목표 중 가장 많은 것은 지식전달로 나타난 반면, 대학교원이 강의목표를 문제해결력 및 의사결정능력 개발로 설정하면, 학습자들의 학습내용 이해도, 학습 참여도, 학습 흥미도, 학습시간, 교수자의 열정 인식정도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 대학교원이 준비하는 강의내용의 준비수준(난이도)과 기대되는 강의이해도는 실제로 학습자들의 학습내용 이해도와 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학교원이 학습자들의 학습에 대한 기대감이 높으면, 실제로 학습자들의 학습내용 이해도가 높아졌고, 학습자들의 학습에 대한 기대감이 낮으면, 실제로 학습자들의 학습내용 이해도는 낮아졌다. 연구결과를 종합하여 대학교원의 강의준비태도의 중요성에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitude of university professors to prepare for lectures and the attitude of students to attend lectures, to clarify the relationship between the readiness of university professors to prepare for lectures and the attitude of students to learn, and to suggest implications for them. For this purpose, 112 university professors in A university were asked about the attitude of preparing for the lecture, and 3,177 learners who took their lectures were asked about the attitude of learning. The results of the analysis showed that the readiness of the university professors (the setting of the lecture goal, the preparation level of the lecture contents, the expected understanding of the lecture, and the difficulty recognition) were closely related to the learning attitude (the learning goal recognition, the understanding of the learning contents, the learning participation, the learning interest, the learning time, the teacher s passion recognition, the class recommendation intention). The study results were summarized and discussed the importance of university professors attitude toward lecture preparation and the necessity of teaching method training for university professors.
