지방자치단체의 u-서비스 유형과 도입방향

Introducing Directions of Ubiquitous Service in Seongju District

본 연구는 향후 지방자치단체에서 어떤 유형의 유비쿼터스 서비스가 필요한 지를 알아보기 위하여 경상북도 성주군 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 토대로 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과 u-서비스 우선순위에 있어서는 교육, 보건ㆍ의료, 전자행정, 대민지원, 환경, 유지관리, 교통 등의 순위로 나타났으며, 이를 통하여 집단 간 차이분석을 실시하였다. 성별로 보면 남성은 전자행정을, 여성은 교육 서비스를 우선시하고 있다. 또한 연령별로는 연령이 높을수록 보건ㆍ의료를, 연령이 낮을수록 교육에 우선적인 고려를 하고 있다. 그리고 학력별로는 학력이 높을수록 전자행정을, 학력이 낮을수록 교육에, 그리고 직급별로는 상위직급으로 갈수록 보건ㆍ의료에, 하위직급에서는 교육서비스에 높은 관심을 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 따라서 정책적 과제를 제시하였다.

This study aims at suggesting a type of ubiquitous service(u-service) and introducing directions for it in Seongju district. For this purpose, a survey was carried out for the perception of u-service. The expectations and needs of u-services arise from the areas of education, health, e-government, the public support, environment, and maintenance management. And the priority of u-service turns out in the order of age, sex, education and position. On the basis of this research, the study proposes that u-service of Seongju district local government has to be implemented related to the needs of target groups.
