A Study on Leadership Style and Job Relation in Church Organization

The paper deals with the reason why the churches of Korea which grew at high speed inqualitative and quantitative respects for the last decades have fallen into stagnation in recent. There were many different reasons for the slump, bt the crucial thing of the reasons was the lack of leadership in Korea Church. Therefore, I proved the necessity of the church growth and at the same time I focused on the fact that the leadership of church s leaders, which I thought was the most fundamental and important element in the church growth, had a great effect on the church growth. That is, I tried to prove the relationship between the leadership of church s leaders and church growth by objective materials. I strongly mentioned that even many different methods to achieve church growth absolutely depenfed on pastoral leadership. So leader s role is essential for church growth. In addition to the leadership, it was found that staff s satisfactory, concentration, and circumstances for task were also necessary in church growth.
