민간 경비 서비스를 통한 관광 안전 확보 방안 논의

최근 한류 열풍으로 우리나라를 방문하는 해외 관광 고객들이 많아졌다. 최근 코로나19 사태로 인해 관광 산업이 타격을 입었지만 치료제와 백신 개발로 이러한 상황이 종식되면 관광 산업이 회복이 될 것이다. 관광 고객들은 관광지를 선택할 때 다양한 변수를 고려하는데, 이 중 안전은 중요한 고려 요소가 된다. 보통 공공의 안전을 책임지는 것은 공공 안전이지만 공경비인 관광 경찰대의 경우 불특정 다수를 대상으로 하기 때문에 관광 고객들의 최대 만족을 얻기란 어렵다. 이때 민간 경비를 활용하게 된다면 고객 맞춤형 치안 서비스를 제공할 수 있어 관광 상품과 결합한다면 고객들이 더 편리하고 신속하게 관광 안전을 보장받을 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 민간 경비는 고객 취약성에 따라 그에 적합한 관광 고객 안전 서비스를 제공할 수 있고 전문성을 갖추기 위해 법적 제도 및 절차가 마련되어야 하며 민간 경비가 공적 정보를 얻는 것에는 한계가 있을 수 있기 때문에 공경비인 관광 경찰대와의 지속적인 협력 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 협력 체계를 구축하고 지속적인 민간 경비 연구를 확대하여 제대로 된 관광 안전 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다.

Tourist customers consider various variables when choosing a tourist destination, of which safety becomes an important factor of consideration. It is usually public safety to be responsible for public safety, but it is difficult to get the maximum satisfaction of tourist customers because the public security police force targets an unspecified number of them. If the government takes advantage of private security system, it can provide customized security services, which will allow customers to be more convenient and quickly guaranteed tourism safety if combined with tourism products. Therefore, private security can provide appropriate tourism customer safety services according to customer vulnerabilities, and legal systems and procedures must be established to have expertise, and private security may have limitations in obtaining public information. It is necessary to establish a cooperative system to maintain a lasting cooperative relationship with the government and to provide proper tourism safety services by expanding continuous private security research.
