현대 문인화에서 낙성관지(落成款識)는 일상화 되어 의례 행해지는 당연한 절차가 되었지만, 중국서화에서 초기부터 낙관을 작가가 주도적으로 행하지는 않았다. 송대(宋代) 이 후 문인화의 출연은 그림과 서예 그리고 이와 함께 아우르는 낙관의 역할과 중요성을 높이는 계기가 되었고 근대 이후 낙관과 도장은 화면의 조형요소로 크 역할을 차지하게 된다. 19세기 중엽 이래 상해를 중심으로 일어난 해상파(海上波)의 출현과 금석학(金石學)의 유행은 전각의 예술관에도 큰 영향을 미치게 되었다. 이러한 해상파의 영향 속에서 제백석(齊白石)은 자신만의 독특한 예술세계를 구축하여 새로운 장르를 개척하고 있다. 제백석의 예술적 특징은 중국의 미술사조에서 보면 전통화파군(傳統畵派群)에 속하지만, 그의 예술적 성취는 매우 개성이 강한 개혁적 요소 또한 넘치고 있다. 이러한 제백석의 예술적 특성은 전각에서도 또한 탁월한 성취를 보여주고 있는데, 그의 전각예술은 전통적인 범위에서 끝나지 않고 자신만의 도법(刀法)을 이용하여 자신의 영역을 개척하였다는 점에서 소중한 산물이라 여긴다. 齊白石의 예술은 필법(筆法)과 도법(刀法)이 한데 어우러지는 그만의 특성을 가지고 있으면서 화면의 구성에서도 전각에서 보이는 조형적 특성을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 특성은 당시 신문인화가군(新文人畵家群)에서 대체로 보이도 있지만, 齊白石은 특히 개성이 강하고 두드러진다는 점에서 연구할 가치가 있다 생각한다 본 논고에서는 제백석의 회화세계를 전각과 함께 조망하면서 그의 예술세계를 다양한 각도로 분석해보고자 한다.
In modern literary painting, Nakseonggwanji became a common and ritual procedure, but the artist did not take the initiative in Chinese painting from the beginning. After Song Dae, Moon In-hwa s appearance was an opportunity to enhance the role and importance of painting, calligraphy, and other aspects of the landscape, and since modern times, the landscape and painting played a large role as the elements of the formation of the screen. Since the mid-19th century, the emergence of maritime factions and the trend of Geumseokhak have had a significant impact on the art museum of the pavilion. Under the influence of these sea waves, Chivais is pioneering a new genre by building his own unique art world. Although the artistic characteristics of 齊白石(Qi Bai-shi) belong to the traditional painter group in Chinese art history, his artistic achievements are also overflowing with highly individualistic reform factors. The artistic characteristics of 齊白石(Qi Bai-shi) show outstanding achievements in the pavilions as well, and his art is regarded as a valuable product in that it does not end in a traditional range but pioneered its own territory using its own technique. The art of 白石 has its own characteristics of combining writing and painting, and it also shows the formative characteristics of the pavilion in the composition of the screen. Although this characteristic was generally seen in the newspaper artist group at the time, 白石 is worth studying, especially in that it has a strong personality and stands out. In this paper, I would like to look at the painting world of 齊白石(Qi Bai-shi) and analyze his art world in depth in various ways.
