Case Study of Happy Village Contest for Applying Smart Village

본 연구의 목적은 농촌개발사업에 있어서 스마트빌리지 적용을 위한 주민들의 수요조사를 확인하는고 이에 대한 발전방향을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 농촌지역의 문제를 극복하기위한 방안으로, 농촌개발사업이 완료된 마을의 기술수요를 파악하였다. 농촌개발사업을 통해 마을만들기가 활성화되고 객관적 평가가 이루어진, 행복마을콘테스트 수상마을을 대상으로 하였다. 이 마을을 통해 스마트빌리지 적용을 통한 농촌의 발전적인 방향을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 스마트 기술이 필요한 생활서비스를 구분하여 수요조사결과를 얻었으며, 주민인터뷰를 통해 지역 주민의 수요를 확인해보았다. 분석 결과 스마트 기술이 적용될 생활서비스에 대해서는 부정적인 응답을 보였으나, 지역 공동체에 대해서는 긍정적인 응답을 통해 스마트 기술 적용시 농촌마을의 공동체를 통해서 접근하는 방법등, 농촌마을에서의 적용을 위해서는 농촌마을의 특성과 현황에 맞는 스마트빌리지 기술이 필요하다는 시사점이 도출되었다.

The study is aimed at identifying residents demand surveys for smart village application in rural development projects and seeking ways to develop them. In this study, the technical demand of villages where rural development projects were completed was identified as a way to overcome problems in rural areas. The project was aimed at the Happy Village Contest winning villages where village development was activated and objective evaluation was conducted. Through this village, the government wanted to explore the development direction of rural areas through the application of smart village. Through prior research, the results of the demand survey were obtained by distinguishing living services that require smart technology, and the residents interview confirmed the demand of local residents. The analysis showed a negative response to the living services to which smart technology will be applied, but positive responses to local communities suggested that smart village technology is necessary to suit the characteristics and status of rural villages in order to apply smart technology to rural villages.
