주택 실거래가를 활용한 주거용부동산 중개보수의 가격범위에 관한 연구

부동산거래에 따른 중개보수(과거 중개수수료)에 관한 연구들은 사회적 갈등 및 논쟁의 대상이 되는 데에도 불구하고 관련 법·제도적 개선방안을 제시했던 선행연구들은 있었지만, 중개보수에 관한 요율과 가격범위 등에 관한 연구는 많지 않다. 현행 부동산 중개보수 체계도 그 동안의 사회·경제적 변화를 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사회경제적 환경변화를 반영하여 부동산 중개서비스에 따른 합리적인 부동산 중개보수 체계를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Although studies on brokerage fees (past brokerage fees) due to real estate transactions have been subject to social conflict and controversy, there have been prior studies that have suggested relevant laws and institutional improvement measures, but the rates and price ranges on brokerage fees There is not much research. The current real estate brokerage and remuneration system does not reflect socio-economic changes. Accordingly, this study aims to provide a rational real estate brokerage and repair system based on real estate brokerage services by reflecting socio-economic environmental changes.
