장애아통합 어린이집 교사의 통합보육태도와 인권의식이 보편적 차원 긍정적 행동지원의 실행수준에 미치는 영향

Influence of the attitude on integrated Education and human rights awareness of teachers with daycare centers for children with disabilities on Positive Behavior Support

본 연구는 장애아통합 어린이집 교사의 통합보육태도와 인권의식이 긍정적 행동지원의 실행수준에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 장애아통합 어린이집 교사 280명이며 구조화 된 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 11월 5일부터 12월 5일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.00 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 통합보육태도는 중간 이상의 점수를 나타냈으며. 인권의식은 다소 높은 편이었으며 보편적 차원 긍정적 행동지원은 중간 정도의 점수를 나타낸 것으로 나타났다. 통합보육태도와 보편적 차원의 긍정적 행동지원 실행수준은 정(+)상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인권개념인식, 인권옹호운동이 보편적 차원의 긍정적 행동지원 실행수준과 유의한 정(+)상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 보편적 차원 긍정적 행동지원 실행수준에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 통합보육태도 중 영유아학문태도, 영유아지도태도, 인권의식 중 인권가치판단과 인권옹호행동이 유의미한 변인인 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the integrated childcare attitude and human rights consciousness of teachers of daycare centers for children with disabilities affect Positive Behavior Support. The subjects of the study were 280 teachers in the daycare center for children with disabilities, and data were collected from November 5 to December 5, 2019 using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was analyzed using the SPSS 21.00 program. The results of this study showed that the integrated childcare attitude showed a medium or higher score. Human rights awareness was rather high, and Positive Behavior Support showed a moderate score. There was a positive (+) correlation between the integrated childcare attitude and the Positive Behavior Support, and the human rights concept awareness and human rights advocacy movement had a positive (+) correlation with the Positive Behavior Support. As a result of examining the relative impact on positive behavior support practice level, it was found that infant attitude, infant attitude, and human rights awareness and human rights advocacy behavior among the integrated childcare attitudes were significant variables. centered education, even though being recognized as the most adequate educational environment, has been rather vaguely and diversely understood and interpreted among the practitioners in the educational fields.
