The purpose of this study is to review the outcomes of studies and to identify the major research domains of educational administration. This work is an essential process to develop the researches and theories on educational administration and to establish the academic identity of educational administration. As the result of the review and analysis on the outcomes of studies presented in various journals and textbooks, the major research domains exposed are some 10 fields.
