Improving Performance Management in Local Government

Nowadays performance management techniques such as self-evaluation, goal management, and administration service charter do not have it s role in Local Government. This study find out a way to improve it after examining the realities of each performance management techniques in Local Government unit. This study sets up a synthetic performance management framework of Local Government, and analyses each performance management techniques. After all this study presents synthetic performance management model and introduces independent plan and synthetically efficient performance management after overall review of each performance management techniques in Local Government unit.
