The modern adoptions and limitations of Dasan-thought

It can have meaning that is modern reappearance of Korean tradition value and establishment of modern public administration moral principle to analyze administrative thought that Dasan insisted in modern viewpoint, and discuss application possibility. This study presented application of Dasan thought and limitation to establish essence of public administration moral principle in these meaning. First, asserted accommodation of humanity and justice idea of Dasan to embody social equability. Second, presented that introduce 愛民(love for citizens)·恤民(relief of citizens)thought of Dasan to construct of the customer center, democratic citizen public administration. Third, emphasized 奉公 mind and public official own 修己 to remove irrationality and decomposition and establish clean public office society. Fourth, emphasized Dasan s duty of governor in public official administration responsibility that each can takeresponsibility in action of oneself. But, previewed some limitations to analyze thought of Dasan to modern meaning.
