A Study on the Concept of Ubiquitous Government and its Building Scheme

The goal of this study is to define the concept of ubiquitous government and to suggest the guideline for establishing the ubiquitous government. In order to do that, this paper notes the process of information communication technology and the relationship between the electronic government and ubiquitous one. Based upon these reviews, this paper suggests the ways of building of ubiquitous government in terms of public service, business accomplishment, and information technology and infrastructure. Finally, it induces and suggests the building scheme of ubiquitous government.
