공무원의 정보활용능력 평가에 관한 연구

A Study on the Evaluation of Information Literacy of Public Servant s - Focused on the Yeongju, Bonghwa, Yecheon, Cheongsong

We consider the interest in the information necessity, the purchase of the information and materials, the subject matters of the necessary information and the process of information collection. Through the research on the concept of information literacy in cities, first, in respect of the ability of problem-solution of public servant, we acquired the following order ; Yeongju, Cheongsong, Bonghwa, Yecheon. Second, Yecheon shows the lowest level. The information education of the public servant in Yecheon should be strengthen more. As a result of the specific variables, all of the cities show the very high level of information recognition, and it shows great difference in comparison with others ; the orders is, first, the ability of information evaluation, second, the ability of information application and third, the ability of information accumulation. Therefore to make the regional balanced development in the information ability, the interest and solution of policy, especially in respect of the ability of information evaluation, of information accumulation, and of information application, are required. Namely, the problem solving ability of the public servant through the practical use of information, should be more studied and made in respect of policy.
