Urban Image and Regional Amenity Policy

The purpose of this study is to explore the classification of amenity, to reflect the regional amenity policy. Amenity is a new approach about urban development strategy field. The classification of amenity is widely diversified. This paper classified amenity four fields; urban infrastructure amenity, ecology amenity, economic industry amenity, and social infrastructure amenity. This paper analyzes the 4 factors of amenity by adopting ratio analysis. SPSS 12.0 for windows is used in this paper as an analytical tool, and suggests regional amenity policy strategies. Case study is Ulsan metropolitan city.
