A Study of Japanese Citizens Autonomy Center and Community Assembly: focused on Arita Citizens Autonomy Center and Community

This study looked through the origin of the system of Citizens Autonomy Center and Community Assembly and also considered the goal, feature, role, organization, finances, etc. The clerical staff Ms.Ueno in Arita Citizen Hall with thirteen years diplomatic career, and clerical staff Mr.Hara in Sawara district office helped to gain an understanding of theory, management and projects of Citizens Autonomy Center and Community Assembly. The driving force of advanced Japan seems to judge by the result of consistent lifelong education that has been carried out in Citizens Autonomy Center and Community Assembly and overcoming Japanese inferior environment. In the future, the Republic of Korea will be faced the situation which Japan once experienced such as sudden arrival of information age, rapid aging, enforcement of five-day working week, and expected reduction and change of local administration unit into two levels. Therefore, twenty-first century s new Citizens Autonomy Center will be stably settled by means of developing strengths and complementing weakness on the model of Citizens Autonomy Center and Community Assembly in Japan.
