한국사회 시대별 갈등 유형과 갈등해결을 위한 중재연구의 변화

Changes in Intervention Research for Conflict Types and Conflict Resolution in Korean Society

본 연구는 20년 동안 국내에서 연구된 한국사회에서의 갈등 중재에 대한 연구의 흐름을 제시하여 중재에 대한 필요성과 중요성을 알리기 위한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 2001년부터 2019년까지 발표된 학위논문과 KCI 등재후보지 이상의 학술지에 게재된 논문 중, 본 연구의 선정기준에 부합하는 논문 196편을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 첫째, 성인이 주체가 되는 공공갈등 영역이 2011년~2015년에 가장 많았고, 둘째, 제3자의 개입을 통한 중재가 압도적으로 높게 나타났으며, 특히 구조적 중재와 이해기반 중재가 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 제3자의 개입을 통한 중재방법에 대해 논의 및 제한점 등이 제시되었다.

This study presented the flow of research on conflict mediation in Korean society studied in Korea for 20 years and conducted meta-analysis to inform the necessity and importance of intervention. For this purpose, 196 papers were selected from 2001 to 2019 and those published in journals above the KCI list. According to the results of this study, first, the public conflict area in which adults become the subject was the most common in 2011 ~ 2015, second, the intervention through the intervention of third parties was overwhelmingly high, especially structural and understanding-based intervention was confirmed to be high. Based on these results, discussions and limitations on the intervention method through third party intervention were presented.
