대학교수 교육역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

The Development and the Validation of an Assessment Tool for the Professors’ Educational Competencies

본 연구의 목적은 대학교수의 교육역량을 진단하기 위한 도구를 개발하고 타당화 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석, S대학교 우수강의자 인터뷰 분석, 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하여, 교육역량에 대한 정의를 내리고 측정영역 및 하위요소를 구성한 후 문항 초안을 개발하였다. 그리고 예비조사를 실시하여 구인타당도 검증과 신뢰도 분석, Rasch 모형을 적용한 문항특성 분석 등을 통해 기초소양 21개, 교수역량 44개로 구성된 교육역량 진단도구를 최종 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 진단도구를 활용하여 대학교수의 교육역량을 체계적으로 진단하고, 대학본부 차원에서는 진단결과를 기초로 하여 교육역량 제고를 위한 프로그램을 지원하는 것 등을 통해 대학교육의 질 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to develop and validate an tool for assessing the educational competencies of the professors. A review of previous studies, an analysis of an interview with an excellent lecturer at S University, and a delphi survey were conducted to define the educational competencies, measurement domain, and to developed draft items. Next, a pilot test was conducted to evaluate construct validity, reliability, item difficulty and fitness by rating scale model. In result, assessment tool for educational competencies consisting of 21 basic literacy and 44 teaching competencies was finally developed. It is expected to be able to enhance the quality of university education by diagnosing professors’ educational competencies and supporting program based on the results using this tool practically.
