印花文土器의 發生과 系譜에 대한 試論

A Preliminary Essay for the Outbreak and the Genealogy of Stamp Figured Pottery

본고에서는 검토의 전제로서 신라토기를 크게 4개의 樣式段階로 구분하고 그 중 가장 큰 변용기라고 할 수 있는 인화문토기 출현기의 상황을 다양한 각도에서 試論的으로 서술하였다. 우선 토기양식의 변화가 일어나는 여러 상황을 확인하고 신라의 경우 어떤 가능성을 상정할 수 있는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 신라에서는 인화문토기 출현기에 대부완의 보급, 문양 종류의 집약화, 시문기법의 효율화 등 일련의 변화가 일어난다. 이 중 대부완의 출현과 보급에는 고구려제 청동완의 모방에서 시작된 내부적인 발전과 중국 도자기의 영향을, 인화문의 등장에는 전기양식 단계부터 이어지는 신라의 토기 장식 관념의 독자적 발전과 중국 도자기에 보이는 인화문 및 시문기법의 영향이라는 다양한 계보관계를 상정하였다. 특히 중국 도자기의 영향을 고려하는 데 있어서는 유사한 요소를 가지는 도자기를 생산한 중국 洪州窯 제품을 소개하고 그 有關性 여부를 검토하였다.인화문토기 출현의 계기와 계보를 가설적으로 제기한 본고에서는 명확한 결론의 제시는 하지 않았으나, 인화문과 대부완의 결합이 일정한 획기가 된 점, 역사적 배경으로 볼 때 중국과의 관계를 도외시할 수 없다는 점, 이 시기 중국의 기물이 樣式傳播되고 새로운 토기양식이 성립된 점 등을 지적하였다.

In this paper, Silla pottery was divided into four assemblage stages as the premise of the consideration, and it was stated that the appearance of the stamp figured pottery period which can be said the biggest change from the various angles. At first, the various situations that a change of pottery assemblage has happened were confirmed, and was surveyed what kind of possibility could be assumed in case of Silla. A series of change happens in Silla such as the spread of a earthen base mounted bowl, consolidation of the design kind and efficiency of a decorating technique. The various genealogy relations were assumed, that an appearance and the spread of a base mounted bowl were affected by the internal development which start with imitation of a bronze bowl made in Koguryo and the chinaware made in China, and that an appearance of a stamp figure was affected by the decorating technique of chinaware made in China and by original development from the first term pottery assemblage stage in Silla. In particular, Chinese Hong zhou kiln(洪州窯) chinaware with a similar element with Silla pottery was introduced when considering of influence of chinaware made in China, and considered about a presence on its relation.Though a clear conclusion wasn t shown in this essay indicated opportunity of an appearance and a hypothesis of the genealogy, it was pointed out which the fixed relation between the stamp figure and the base mounted bowl would been turning point, a relation with China can t be ignored from a historical background, and a Chinese earthen ware in this time was spread, and new pottery assemblage was formed.
