Formation and Disappearance of Misari Assemblage

미사리유형은 기원지에서부터 취락입지, 주거구조, 유물상이 비슷한 문화를 가진 가락동유형과 한반도 남부에 정착하는과정에서 밀접히 관련되었던 것으로 보인다. 이른 시기부터 영향관계에서 일부 흡수되기도 하였던 것으로 추정되며, 이후공렬토기문화가 한반도에 넓게 확산하게 됨에 따라 재흡수 통합 속에 놓이게 된 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 미사리유형의취락민은 일차적으로 이중구연토기문화에 이차적으로 공렬토기문화에 노출됨으로 인해 복합적인 토기의 공반사례가 다양하게 나타난 것으로 판단된다. 한편 역삼동유형은 미사리ㆍ가락동유형과 함께 한반도 남부에 정착하였으며, 한강유역의 경기지역을 중심으로 전기 전엽에 분포하다가 성장하면서 전기 중엽 이후 확산되었던 것으로 추정된다. 이 과정에서 기존에 재지하던 미사리ㆍ가락동유형을 주체적으로 흡수하면서 조동리ㆍ흔암리유형과 같은 다양한 고고학적 물질문화가 발생된 것으로 이해된다. 이후 공렬토기문화권에 완전히 융화됨에 따라 전통적 속성이 사라지고 단독문화된 것으로 보인다. 따라서 공렬문만이 시문된 역삼동식토기는 이른 시기부터 제작사용되어 가장 오랜기간 장기지속한 것으로, 이중구연단사선문 공렬토기는 전기 중후엽에 유행했던 것으로 생각된다.

The origin of Misari Assemblage is in Northern Regions of Korea. The one of them, Garakdong style(furnacewith stone rampart, the double-rimed pottery with short diagonal patterns) is similar in the settlementlocation of river side or low level hill, the architecture, artifacts to Misari Assemblage(furnace with stone floorand rampart, the pottery with notched strip on the protrusion) but Yeoksamdong style(furnace without facilities,the rim-perforated pottery) is different to it. So Garakdong style affected the formation of Misari Assemblage inSouthern Regions of Korea. Maybe two cultures have closely relationship. However when Yeoksamdong Assemblagespread throughout southern regions of Korea, it unfriendly made an impact upon Misari Assemblageand absorbed it. As a result, it appears that Misari Assemblage has various pottery types. Yeoksamdong CulutralAssemblage settled down Han River Valley in Gyeonggi Area with MisariㆍGrakdong Assemblages in the EarlyBronze Age. After growing culture, it spread all over the other areas in teh mid Early BronzeA ge. It unified MisaariㆍGarakdong Assemblages in some areas. As a result, the diversified assemblages like Jodongri or Heunamritype appeared at that time. It widely located in southern regions of korea except the southern Hoseo Area thatmain culture is the Garakdong Cultural Assemblage in the Early Bronze Age. MisariㆍJodongriㆍHeunamri typedisappeared in the late Early Bronze Age that became integrated into two cultures.
