본 연구의 목적은 국내 모바일 뱅킹 사용자의 수용 과정과 수용 태도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 규명하고 이를 중국 내 사용자와 비교 연구함으로써 핀테크 등 글로벌 금융 산업의 환경 변화에 대한 대응력을 확보하고, 이용자에 대한 이해를 높이는 것이다. 이를 위하여 핀테크와 관련 연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 수행하고, 기술 수용도를 설명하기 위한 연구 프레임워크를 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 가설을 설정하고 한국-중국 소비자를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 국내 사용자들을 대상으로 한 연구 결과에 의하면, 즉시연결성, 맞춤성이 지각된 편리성에 미치는 유의한 영향을 확인할 수 있었으며, 지능성, 신뢰성이 지각된 유용성에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것도 확인하였다. 아울러 지각된 편리성, 지각된 유용성, 준거적 효과가 이용 의도에 미치는 영향도 확인하였다. 한국과 중국 사용자 간 비교 연구를 수행한 결과, 일부 변수들의 관계에 있어서 국가 간 경로계수의 차이가 존재함을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 한국과 중국 소비자 간 소비행동적, 문화적 및 기술적 차이에서 기인한다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고, 연구 한계와 향후 연구 방향 등도 논의되었다.
The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the acceptance process and user attitude towards mobile banking service, and to find the differences between Korean users and Chinese ones to respond to environmental change in the global financial industry. In order to achieve the research goal, literature reviews on the Fintech and related subjects are conducted. Through theoretical analysis, a research framework to explain mobile banking technology acceptance is developed and several hypothesis are established from the model. The empirical research has been conducted with collecting data from Korea and China respondents. The result show that connectivity and customization have significant effect on perceived easy of use, and smartness and credibility have significant effect on perceived usefulness. In addition, the effect of perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, and reference effect on the intention to use the mobile banking service was ascertained. Some differences in path coefficients are also found through the comparative study between Korean and Chinese users. This result can be explained from some behavioral, cultural and technological differences between two countries. Some academic and practical implications are suggested and some limitations and directions for further research are also discussed.
