초등교원의 SW교육 역량 추출

Extraction of SW education competencies for elementary school teachers

본 연구의 목적은 초등교원의 SW교육 역량을 규명하는 것이다. 목적 달성을 위해, 첫째, 교수내용지식 및 교원 역량 관련 연구를 고찰하여, 교수내용지식 기반의 역량 요인 및 요소를 구성하였다. 초·중학교 SW 관련 교육과정, 교원의 SW교육 역량 관련 문헌을 탐색하여 내용학적 지식의 요소를 구체화하였다. 둘째, 전문가 5인 대상의 FGI를 진행하여 역량 추출에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 셋째, 역량 요인, 요소를 정의하고 지표를 구성하였다. 넷째, 역량(안)을 바탕으로 설문 문항을 개발하여 전문가 10명을 대상으로 실시하고 Kano 분석을 진행하였다. 다섯째, 전문가 의견을 바탕으로, 역량을 확정하였다. 최종적으로 교육학적 지식, 교육학&내용학적 지식, 내용학적 지식의 3개 요인을 구성하고, 13개 요소, 47개 지표를 추출하였다. 본 연구는 객관적인 방법론에 근거하여 SW 교육과정을 가르치기 위해 갖추어야 할 교원의 역량을 교수내용지식 관점으로 제안했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the SW education competencies for elementary school teachers. In order to achieve the objective, first, the research on Pedagogical Content Knowledge and teacher competency was considered, and the factor and elements of competency based on competency-related research were constructed. SW-related curriculum, and teachers SW education competency were searched for literature to materialize the Content Knowledge. Second, FGI was conducted for five experts to collect opinions on competency extraction. Third, competency factors and elements were defined and indicators were derived. Fourth, a questionnaire question was developed based on the competency (draft). A questionnaire was conducted for 10 experts, and Kano analysis was conducted on the survey result data. Fifth, based on expert opinion, competency was determined. Finally, three factors of pedagogical knowledge, pedagogy & content knowledge, and content knowledge were composed, and 13 elements and 47 indicators were extracted. This study is meaningful in that it suggested the competency of teachers to be equipped to teach the SW curriculum based on objective methodology from the perspective of Pedagogical Content Knowledge.
