대학경영 성과 효율화를 위한 교육만족도 조사 측정도구 개발

Development of Educational Satisfaction Measurement Tool for Efficient College Management Performance: Focus on Organization Evaluation and Accreditation criteria

본 연구는 대학경영 성과 효율화를 위한 교육 만족도 측정 문항을 개발하여 대학 차원의 만족도 조사 결과에 대한 활용도 제고에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문대학기관평가 인증기준으로 대학 교육만족도 조사 측정요인을 구조화하여 만족도 조사 요인 및 문항을 도출하였으며, 20년 6월부터 7월까지 델파이 조사를 2회 실시하였다. 자료 분석에 있어 내용타당도를 포함하여 문항에 대한 전문가의 의견 합의도와 수렴도를 추가적으로 검증하였다. 1차 델파이 분석결과 총 143개의 문항 중 20개 문항이 탈락, 18개 문항이 수정되었다. 2차 델파이 조사 결과, 7개 기준, 15개 영역, 기타기준(대학의 이미지)을 포함한 123개의 문항 전체가 최종적으로 선정 되었다. 본 연구를 통해 그동안 대학 교육 만족도 측정요인에 드러나지 않았던 학생과의 소통과 협력에 해당되는 대학 운영 내 의사결정 구조 항목과 재정계획 및 운영 항목 영역을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study was to contribute to the improvement of utilization of the results of satisfaction surveys at the college by developing educational satisfaction measurement questionnaire. After structuring the measurement factors of the college education satisfaction survey as the Organization Evaluation and Accreditation criteria, the satisfaction survey factors and items were derived. Delphi surveys by experts were conducted two times from June to July. In order to analyze the data, the degree of convergence and consensus experts opinions of items, including the content validity ratio, was additionally verified. A total of 143 items was selected. For the first Delphi results, 20 items were removed and 18 items were revised. Second Delphi results, All 123 items including 7 criteria, 15 detailed criteria, and other criteria (university image) were finally selected. Through this study, decision making structure of college in operation of college and financial plans and operation criteria related to communication and cooperation with students, which have not been revealed in measuring factors of educational satisfaction, are presented.
