A Study on the Factors Affecting Emotional Depletion : Focused on Home Daycare Center Directors

본 연구의 목적은 가정어린이집에 재직하고 있는 C시의 원장 256명을 대상으로 정서적 고갈의 영향요인에 관한 연구를 위해 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 t-test와 F-test를 실시하고 사후검증을 하였다. 또한, 원장의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 정서적 고갈에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 원장의 일반적 배경에 따른 정서적 고갈의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 근무시간에 따른 차이는 직무스트레스의 하위 요인 중 ‘지원업무 스트레스’, 소진의 하위 요인 중 ‘정서적 고갈’에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 원장들의 근무시간이 8~9시간 일 때 보다 11시간 이상 일 때 직무스트레스의 하위 요인 중 ‘지원업무 스트레스’와 ‘정서적 고갈’이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정어린이집 원장의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 정서적 고갈에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 원장의 일반적 배경 변인 중 근무시간이 유의한 영향을 미치고, 직무스트레스의 하위 요인 중 지원업무 스트레스와 교사역할 스트레스가 회복탄력성의 하위 요인 중 긍정성이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study was to study the effect factors of emotional exhaustion in 256 heads of C City, who are working at home daycare centers. The data collected in this study were based on t-test and F-test using SPSS 22.0. In addition, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine the factors affecting the director s job stress and resilience on emotional exhaustion. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of examining the difference in emotional depletion according to the general background of the ledger, the difference according to working hours is significant in Support work stress among sub-factors of job stress and emotional depletion among sub-factors of exhaustion. There was one difference. Among the sub-factors of job stress, “Support work stress” and “Emotional exhaustion” were higher when the ledgers worked more than 11 hours than when they worked 8 to 9 hours. Second, as a result of examining the effects of job stress and resilience on the emotional exhaustion of the director of the home nursery school, the working hours had a significant effect on the general background variables of the director, and among the sub-factors of job stress, support work stress and teacher role stress Of the sub-factors of resilience, positiveness had a significant effect.
