3자 물류(Third Party Logistics: TPL)를 통한 물류 아웃소싱 혁신 사례 연구: 한솔 CSN을 중심으로

글로벌 경쟁시대에 기업의 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 많은 기업들은 노력하고 있다. 특히 경제적이고 효율적인 기업운영을 통하여 절감된 비용은 시장에서 경쟁자보다 저렴한 가격으로 경쟁할 수 있는 기반이 됨을 감안 할 때에 효율적인 물류시스템의 구축의 중요성은 어느 때보다 절실히 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 특별히 3자 물류를 통한 전략적 제휴를 통하여 공급사슬(Supply Chain) 전체의 효율성을 제고하려는 노력들이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 국내 기업의 성공적인 3자 물류 적용사례를 연구하여 3자 물류의 중요성과 타 기업의 벤치마킹의 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

As competitive pressures intensify, economic operations management, as an emerging paradigm, is becoming increasingly important. Especially third party logistics is big issue as the total efficiency in Supply Chain Management. This case study investigates the successful case about third party logistics application. In oder to succeed third party logistics, It needs proper and aggressive investment to the owner of the goods based on the characteristics. This study could present a good model of the successful application of third party logistics.
