이 연구는 코로나 19 판데믹스 위기에 직면한 우리 영어 교사 학습 공동체의 방향을 언급하고 있다. 수직적 관료주의에서 벗어나 우리 사회에 최대한 자발적이고 민간단체 중심의 지배구조를 적용한다면 어떤 일이 벌어질지도 걱정이다. 우선 스프레드시트나 구글 문서 같은 공유 온라인 플랫폼에 가까이 다가가야 한다. 둘째, 혼자서는 할 수 없다. 셋째, 미래지향적 기업을 벤치마킹해 교육계에 그 정신을 적용해야 한다. 변화의 속도가 너무 빠른 시대에 학교 현장은 너무 느리게 가고 있다. 영어교육에서는 이미 사교육 시장의 수준을 따라잡기가 너무 어려워졌다. 하지만 깨어있고 열정적인 영어교사 학습공동체가 그 특별한 능력을 살려 현장의 영어교육에 새로운 바람을 불어넣는 것만으로도 충분하다고 생각한다.

The study mentions the direction of our English Teacher Learning Community in the face of the Corona 19 Pandemics crisis. It also concerns us about what would happen if we moved away from vertical bureaucracy and applied voluntary, private-group-oriented governance to our communities as much as possible. First, we need to get close to shared online media platforms such as spreadsheets and Google documents. Second, you can t do it alone. Third, we need to benchmark future-oriented companies and apply that spirit to the educational world. In an era of change too fast, the school scene is going too slowly. In English education, it has already become too difficult to keep up with the level of private private education market. However, I think it is enough for an English Teacher Learning Community that is awake and passionate to breathe a new wind into English education in the field by utilizing its special ability.
