This study examined the impact of commitment from airlines’ ground handling workers who face a dual commitment circumstances on job satisfaction and turnover intention. A total of 227 surveys were collected from those who had work experience or have worked for airlines’ ground handling companies via google online survey. Commitment was classified into two; towards airlines they work and companies they belong. The result of analysis shows that commitment towards airlines workers actually work everyday has much stronger influence on job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study also confirms that job satisfaction plays a role as an negative antecedent of turnover intention. Based on these results, several managerial suggestions were discussed.
