The purpose of this study is test to the structural relationships of Transformational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), Organizational Innovation Behavior in the hotel. As a result of analyzing the effects of four sub-dimensions of transformational leadership on the recognition of means organizational support among POS factors, it was analyzed that intellectual stimulus factors had the most positive effects, and individual consideration factors and charisma factors also had a positive effect. Also, the result of analyzing the relationship with the recognition of emotional organizational support showed that charismatic leadership factor had a positive effect, but individual consideration factor and intellectual stimulus factor had a negative effect. In the relationship between POS and organizational innovation behavior, it was found that the recognition of means organizational support and the recognition of emotional organizational support have a positive effect on organizational innovation behavior. As a result of analyzing the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation behavior according to the factors of perceived organizational support among POS factors, the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation behavior was analyzed to have a positive effect on organizational innovation behavior through the parameter of perceived organizational support.
