The purpose of this study was to explore the influential relationship between satisfaction with the quality provision of welfare service for senior citizens for the employees of community social service investment. Of them, this study analyzed 127 employees who faithfully answered the structured questionnaire. As a result, Hypothesis 1 shows that the quality of tangibility has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction, Hypothesis 2 shows that the quality of reliability has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction, Hypothesis 3 shows that the reactivity quality has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction, Hypothesis 4 shows that the quality of confidence has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction, and Hypothesis 5 shows that the quality of empathy has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, strategies to expand tourism infrastructure to promote tourism for senior citizens are presented as follows. First, in terms of tourism facilities, tourism facilities and equipment considered for senior citizens should be provided, and these resources should be kept in good condition. Second, all information materials (pamphlets, leaflets, etc.) for elderly tourists should be customized for pro-aging. Third, it is necessary to develop a pro-aging program for elderly tourists.
