대학생이 지각한 어머니의 양육태도가 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 대인관계 능력의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Mothers Parenting Attitudes Perceived by College Students on Interpersonal Relationship Ability in the Relationship with Adjustment to College Life

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도, 대학생활적응, 대인관계 능력 간의 관계를 분석하고, 어머니의 양육태도가 대인관계 능력을 통하여 대학생활적응에 매개효과를 살펴보기 위하여 부산광역시에 소재한 국립대학교 재학생 461명을 대상으로 Pearson 상관분석과 Baron & Kenny(1986)제시한 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 어머니의 양육태도-돌봄과 대학생활적응, 대인관계 능력 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 대학생이 지각한 어머니의 양육태도-과보호와 대학생활적응, 대인관계 능력 간에는 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대인관계 능력의 하위변인인 학업적 적응을 제외하고, 사회적 적응과 개인-정서적 적응은 대인관계 능력의 모든 하위변인인 처음 관계 맺기과 권리주장, 자기노출 및 정서적지지, 대인갈등 다루기와 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부모의 양육태도의 중요성을 시사해 줌과 동시에 각 대학에서는 대인관계 증진을 위한 프로그램 및 의사소통과 같은 원만한 대인관계 기술을 습득과 향상을 위한 체계적이고 구체적인 프로그램 개발과 운영 및 활성화를 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study conducted Pearson Correlation Analysis and Baron & Kenny (1986) analysis of 461 students at National University in Busan Metropolitan City to analyze the relationship between Mothers Parenting Attitudes Perceived by College Students, Adaptation to university life, and interpersonal ability of parents who were late, and to examine the effect of mother s nurturing attitude on Adaptation to university life through interpersonal skills. The data analysis first showed that there was a significant static correlation between the parenting attitude of a mother who was late for college and her ability to adapt to college life, and interpersonal skills, but there was a significant misalignment between the parenting attitude and protection of a mother who was late for college and the ability to adapt to college life, except for academic adaptation, which is a lower-level variable in interpersonal skills, social adaptation and individual-book adaptation. This indicated the importance of the importance of parents by giving each university at the same time in interpersonal communication and a program to promote an amicable, such as interpersonal skills.A systematic and concrete programs to improve acquisition and development and operations, and requires active efforts to suggest.
