블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 학문목적 한국어 읽기 수업 모형

Academic Korean Reading Instructional Model Using Blended Learning

이 연구는 학문목적 한국어 학습자를 위한 읽기 수업에서 블렌디드 러닝을 적용한 사례를 보이고, 이를 통하여 읽기 수업에서 블렌디드 러닝을 효과적으로 활용하는 수업의 모형을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 실제 국내 대학에서 수학하고 있는 외국인 학습자들을 위한 학문목적 한국어 읽기 수업에서 읽기 전 단계와 읽기 후 단계에 초점을 맞추고 웹 기반 강의 보조 도구를 활용한 블렌디드 러닝의 수업 모형을 설계하였다. 그리고 이를 실제 수업에 적용하여 보았으며 아울러 이에 대한 학습자의 만족도를 파악하기 위해서 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 학습자들은 전반적으로 온라인 활동을 병행한 블렌디드 러닝 학습 방식에 만족하는 편인 것으로 조사되었다. 이제까지 학문목적 한국어교육 분야에서, 특히 읽기 수업의 경우 블렌디드 러닝 수업 모형을 제안하고 이를 실제 수업에서 실행한 뒤 그에 대한 만족도 조사까지 나아갔던 연구가 부재하였던 점을 볼 때 이 연구는 나름의 의의를 가질 것으로 본다.

The purpose of this study is to show the application of blended learning in reading class for academic Korean learners, and to suggest a model of the class that effectively uses blended learning in reading class. To do this, a blended learning class model using web-based teaching aids was designed, focusing on pre-reading and post-reading stages in an academic Korean reading class for foreign learners who are currently studying in a Korean university. This study was applied to the actual class and survey was conducted to grasp the learner s satisfaction with this. As a result, learners were found to be generally satisfied with the blended learning method. In the field of academic Korean education, especially in the case of reading class, this study has its own significance in that there is no research that suggests a blended learning class model and implements it in the actual class and then proceeds to the satisfaction survey.
