협업을 통한 기업제출용 자기소개서 지도방안 연구

이 연구의 목적은 기업제출용 자기소개서의 지도방안 모델을 제시하는 데 있다. 대학의 교과에서 작문(쓰기)과 연관한 자기소개서 실습이 수업의 모델로서 어떻게 기능하는지 살펴보고, 실습 내용을 주차별로 제시함으로써 향후 실용적 글쓰기의 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 기업제출용 자기소개서는 ‘WAC(Writing Across the Curriculum)’ 프로그램과 연계함으로써 보다 다각적인 학습의 영역을 연구한다. 이 프로그램 도입에서 가장 의미 있는 점은 튜터(tutor)와의 협업이다. 튜터링을 통해 학습자는 보다 깊이 있는 글쓰기를 수행할 수 있다. 논의의 방향은 다음 세 가지이다. 첫째, 기업제출용 자기소개서의 항목을 제시하고 이를 분석하여 “쓰기”의 일부로 자기소개서를 활용한다. 학습자의 자기성찰을 돕는다. 둘째, 기업제출용 자기소개서가 교과 내에 도입된 실례를 살펴봄으로써 쓰기 수업에서의 활용도를 논의한다. 마지막으로, 기업제출용 자기소개서의 완성은 학습자, 강의자, 그리고 튜터라는 세 축의 상호작용 속에서 궁극적 완성을 가져온다.

The purpose of this study is to present a model of teaching methods for business essay. This study review how it functions as a business essay writing and associated practice models in the class at the university. And the practical details and to lay the groundwork for the future by providing practical writing. This study review business essay to the WAC (Writing Across the Curriculum) programs. This study is an area of research in learning more variegated. The most significant point in this program is a cooperation of a professor and tutor. Students through tutoring can perform more in-depth writing. This study suggests three strategies. First, the question of business essay presents and analyzes it makes use of the personal statement as part of the writing . Helps the learner s self-reflection. Second, business essay discusses the use of a class in writing by looking at the examples introduced in the curriculum. Finally, the completion of a business essay is ultimately results in a complete interaction in the three axes of a student, professor, and tutor.
