코칭 학습을 활용한 자기소개서 지도방식 연구

글쓰기의 중요성이 날로 강조되고 요즘이다. 따라서 대학생을 대상으로 하는 글쓰기 지도를 위한 글쓰기 프로그램의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이런 중요성이 강조되는 마당에 글쓰기 지도에 대한 여러 사례들이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 글쓰기 클리닉을 방문하는 대학생들을 대상으로 진행하였던 코칭학습의 실제 예시를 소개하고, 코칭 전후에 어떤 변화가 있었는지 검증해보고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2014년 11월부터 2015년 1월까지 H대학교 글쓰기 클리닉을 방문한 학생들로 선정하였다. 본 연구를 위한 측정도구로는 쓰기동기 영향 요인 검사지 총 19문항으로 구성하였다. 자료처리는 기술통계(평균, 표준편차)와 SPSS WIN17.0을 이용한 t-검증으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 글쓰기 클리닉에 참여한 연구대상자는 코칭학습 전과 후를 비교하였을 때 쓰기 태도 면에서 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때 STAR에 기반을 둔 자기소개서 코칭학습은 학습자들의 쓰기 태도를 변화시키는데 상당한 도움이 되었다고 평가할 수 있다.

Data processing technology, statistics and SPSS WIN t-verification analysis using 17.0. When you see the results like this one STAR based on the cover letter direct correction collegiate self-evaluation has been a considerable help to improve appreciably.
