글로벌 무크를 위한 한국어 교육 모형 개발

A Development of the Korean Language Teaching Model for Making Global MOOCs

본고에서는 글로벌 무크를 위한 한국어 교육 모형을 개발한 뒤 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 소수 언어인 한국어 교육 모형은 한국적 상황의 특수성을 반영하기 위해 태극기의 구성 원리에 기반을 두었다. 본 4단계 언어 교육 모형의 특징은 유학생으로서 왜 한국어로 특정 과제를 수행해야 하는지, 이 장르는 평소에 어떤 맥락에서 생성되고 유통되며 누구의 이익에 기여하는지를 검토하는 비판적 담화 분석 과정을 따른다는 점이다. 이러한 과정에서 21세기 글로벌 지식인에게 필요한 비판적 문식성을 기를 수 있다. 한국어 무크 교과의 국내외 활성화로 예상되는 효과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 국내에서는 대학 간 우수 강의를 공유함으로써 동일 강의 개발에 중복 투자되는 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 둘째, 평생교육의 저변을 확대하고 해외 유학생을 유입함으로써 학령인구 급감으로 인한 고등교육 인구 감소 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 셋째, 대외적으로 국가 브랜드를 제고함으로써 교육 한류 관련 수요를 창출할 수 있다.

This study developed a Korean language teaching model for making a global MOOCs contents. As a minor language teaching model, this model is based on the organizing principle of the national flag of Korea. The specialty of these 4 steps in the model is the task process following the theory of Critical Discourse Analysis. The purpose of the analysing task is to raise the critical literacy for the 21st global intellectuals. The activation of Korean MOOCs will affect as follow: First, the cost for developing the same curriculum will be saved sharing the best courses in the nationwide universities. Second, increasing oversea students will improve the various index in Korea in the future including the higher education needs. Third, Korean MOOCs will enhance the value of the national brand, K-education will create the labor needs such as facilitators or curators for managing blended learning or flipped learning using K-MOOCs.
