간호대학생의 문제해결 자신감, 대인관계 유능성이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향

Effects of Problem Solving Confidence and Interpersonal Competence on Learning Flow of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 문제해결 자신감, 대인관계 유능성이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경북 Y시 소재 K대학교에 재학 중인 학생이며 구조화 된 설문지를 사용하여 2018년 11월 10일부터 11월 30일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18프로그램을 활용하였으며 기술통계, Pearson correlation, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 문제해결 자신감은 평균 39.2(± 5.1)점, 대인관계 유능성은 평균 144.6(± 9.6)점, 학습몰입은 평균 81.0(± 15.4)점으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 학습몰입은 문제해결 자신감(r=.49, p<.001), 대인관계 유능성(r=0.41, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 간호대학생의 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대인관계 유능성, 문제해결 자신감 순으로 나타났으며 설명력은 25.9% 이었다(F= 24.05, p<.001).

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of problem-solving confidence and interpersonal competence on nursing students’ Learning flow. The subject of the study is a student enrolled in K University located in Y city, Gyeongbuk, and data were collected from November 10 to November 30, 2018 using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis by SPSS 18 program. As a result of this study, the average problem solving confidence was 39.2(± 5.1) points, interpersonal competence was 144.6(± 9.6) points on average, and the learning flow was 81.0(± 15.4) points on average. Nursing students’ learning flow was positively correlated with problem solving confidence(r=.49, p<.001) and interpersonal competence(r=0.41, p<.001). The factors influencing the learning flow of nursing students were interpersonal competence and problem solving confidence in order, and the explanatory power was 25.9%(F= 24.05, p<.001).
