전공만족도와 자기효능감이 대학졸업자의 첫 직장만족도에 미치는 매개효과 탐색

이 연구에서는 한국직업능력개발원의 한국교육고용패널 I(KEEP I: Korean Education and Employment Panal I)의 제 8차년도(2011년)와 제 12차년도(2015년)의 4-6년제 대학졸업자의 전공만족도, 자기효능감(재학 중), 자기효능감(졸업 후)이 첫 직장만족도에 미치는 매개효과를 탐색하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학졸업자들의 각 변인에 대한 평균은 전공만족도 3.55, 자기효능감(재학중) 3.74, 자기효능감(졸업후) 3.71, 첫 직장만족도 3.41이었다. 계열별 평균 차이는 자기효능감(졸업후)에서만 사회 및 공학 계열이 인문계열보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(p<.01). 둘째, 대학졸업자의 첫 직장만족도와 상관이 가장 높은 변인은 자기효능감(졸업후)였으며(Pearson’s r=.349, p<.01) 대학졸업자의 자기효능감(재학중)은 자기효능감(졸업후)와 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 있었다(Pearson’s r=.306, p<.001). 셋째, 대학졸업자의 전공만족도와 첫 직장만족도는 자기효능감(졸업후)(β=.228, p<.001)이 매개하였으며 자기효능감(재학중)과 첫 직장만족도는 자기효능감(졸업후)(β=.245, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=.202, p<.001)가 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was analyzed mediation effect on first job satisfaction among university major satisfaction, self-efficacy(in university) and self-efficacy(after graduation) using KEEP I(Korean Education and Employment Panel I research 8th(2011) and 12th(2015). The results were as follows. First, average of research factors of university graduates were major satisfaction 3.55, self-efficacy(in university) 3.74, self- efficacy(after graduation) 3.71 and first job satisfaction 3.41. Self-efficacy(after graduation) was social sciences and engineering fields higher than humanities(p<.01), other research factors had no significant statistical difference by majors. Second, Pearson’s correlation was between first job satisfaction and self-efficacy(after graduation) the highest(r=.036, p<.01), between self-efficacy(in university) and self-efficacy(after graduation) was significance correlation(r=.306, p<.001). Third, Self-efficacy(after graduation)(β=.228, p<.001) had mediation effect between major satisfaction and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy(after graduation)(β=.245, p<.001) had mediation effect on Self-efficacy(in university) and first job satisfaction. Major satisfaction(β=.202, p<.001) also had mediation effect on self-efficacy(in university) and first job satisfaction.
