사회연결망 분석을 이용한 부산항 관제구역 통항로 분석

Analysis of Traffic Routes in Busan Port VTS Area using Social Network Analysis

현행 해상교통안전진단시행지침 별표3에 따라 해상교통조사가 시행되고 있다. 교통량 및 현황분석에 대한 명확한 기준이 아닌 조사 항목만을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문은 정량적인 통항로 분석 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우리나라에서 입ㆍ출항 선박이 가장 많은 부산항의 해상교통관제 구역을 대상으로 사회연결망 분석을 이용하여 통항로의 현황을 분석하였다. 제시한 사회연결망 분석으로 각 통항로 간 연결성을 정량적인 수치 로 제시 할 수 있었다.

The maritime traffic survey is carried out in accordance with the annex 3 of the current maritime traffic safety diagnosis enforcement guidelines. Only the survey items are presented, not a clear standard for analyzing traffic volume and status. This paper intends to propose a quantitative route analysis method. To this end, the current status of traffic routes was analyzed using the analysis of social networks in the VTS area of Busan Port, which has the largest number of incoming and outgoing ships in Korea. With the proposed social network analysis, it was possible to present the quantitative connectivity between each route.
