Salt stress is the most important factor limiting the growth and productivity of plants in the world. Potted experiments to determine different times irrigation shell Chitooligosaccharides (COS) and brassinolide (BRs) on growing in salt stress and greenhouse condition the influence of the growth of calendula (Calendula officinalis L.). A factorial experiment based on a completely random design, using 3 levels of COS(1E-4, 2E-4 and 4E-4mM) and BRs(1E-8, 1E-7 and 1E-6 mM)with 4 levels of NaCl(0,50,100 and 150mM), repeated three times After 2 weeks of planting in 15cm flowerpots, 100ml roots were irrigated with COS and BRs once a week, and two NaCl treatments, 100ml each time, for 5 weeks. while the fresh and dry weight, flowers, plant height, diameter, root length, leaf length, leaf width and the content of total phenols(TP), total flavonoids(TF), Ascorbate peroxidase(APX) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in fresh weight, dry weight, plant height, and diameter under the treatment of COS and BRs when Nacl 0mM, but there were significant differences in the content of SOD and TF. When treated with Nacl(50,100,150mM), treatment with COS and BRs has a significant effect on plant growth. The processing results of BRs are more obvious. But in APX, there is no difference at all.
