원격수업에서 초등학교 교사의 역할 중요도-실행도 분석

A Study on the Importance and Performance Analysis of Elementary School Teacher s Roles on Online Teaching

본 연구는 코로나바이러스감염증-19으로 인하여 전례 없이 전면 실시된 원격수업의 운영 실태와 개선을 위한 시사점을 찾는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2020년 5월 20일부터 6월 10일까지 초등학교 교사 386명을 대상으로 원격수업에서 초등학교 교사의 역할 중요도-실행도를 묻는 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 결과는 SPSS 19.0 통계분석 프로그램을 통하여 연구대상자의 특성을 확인하기 위한 기술통계분석, 배경변인에 따른 차이 및 중요도, 실행도 간의 차이를 확인하기 위한 t검정 및 중요도-실행도 분석(IPA)을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 원격수업에서 교사역할의 중요도에 비하여 실행도를 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사의 배경변인 중, 연령과 교직경력, 근무지역, 담당 학년의 일부 역할에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 원격수업에서 교사의 역할 중 지속 유지해야 하는 강점 역할은 학습환경관리자, 상호작용촉진자 역할이었으며, 개선 노력이 집중되어야 하는 역할은 교수설계자 역할이었다. 그리고 낮은 우선순위를 지닌 역할은 학습상담자, 학습평가자 역할이었고, 과잉노력이 지양되어야 하는 역할은 학습정보제공자 역할로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine implications for improvements and conditions of remote learning unprecedented executed by Covid-19. For this, a survey was done by 386 of elementary school teachers asking the importance of a teacher on remote learning. The survey was progressed t-test and analysis of the importance and practice to identify the feature of participants through SPSS 19.0 statistic analysis program, differences and importance according to background and implement variable. The results are as follows. First, elementary school teachers recognize the implementation lower than the importance of teacher’s role in remote learning. Second, significant differences were found in age and teaching career, working areas, and grades among the background variables of teachers. Third, significant roles are focused on learning environments, facilitating interactions, and designing instructions with the efforts to be improved. Some roles of lower order of priority were academic counseling and evaluation, while providing academic information was confirmed as the one that overexertion needs to be rejected.
