중국 내 대학 한국어학과 교육과정 개선방안 연구

A Study on Improving Curriculum of Korean Department in Chinese University

본 연구는 중국 내 4개 대학교 한국어학과의 사례분석을 통해 시사점을 찾고, 이를 통해 개선방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 각 대학 한국어학과의 교육목표는 국가의 총체적인 목표에 의해 실정에 맞는 교육목표를 제정하려고 노력했지만 세부 양성 요구가 대동소이하고 각 대학교의 특색을 살리지 못하였다. 교과내용으로서의 교과목 편성은 전문인재를 양성하려는 교육목표를 달성하기 어려운 실정이며 또한 교육방법은 아직도 교사중심의 강의법을 주로 활용하고 있다. 교육평가 역시 자체평가 기준을 적용하여 평가하고 있으나 주로 집필 시험평가에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 대학 한국어학과는 각 분류별로 교육목표를 기술하고 세부적 교과에 대해서는 단계별 목표를 명확히 해야 한다. 둘째, 교과목 편성은 교육목표에 근거하여 목표를 달성하기 위한 과목으로 구성되어야 한다. 셋째, 수업의 효율성 제고를 위해 학습자중심의 교육방법을 활용해야 한다. 넷째, 평가방법은 의사소통 역량을 측정할 수 있는 다양한 평가방법을 개발 및 공정한 평가를 시행할 수 있는 제도를 마련해야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to look for implications from case analysis of Korean language departments in four Chinese universities, and based on the implications, investigate the present problems existing in the curriculum of Korean language in universities in China and seek improvement. As a result, the educational objectives of Korean language departments in each university could not represent the characteristics of each university because the objectives were not established suitable for the actual condition due to general goal of the nation. Although the students’ evaluation is now conducted by the universities own criteria, the evaluation is actually carried out by grades of examinations. Therefore, it is needed to build a scientific evaluation system and provide a system to conduct evaluation fair. The further suggestions will be showed below. First, Korean language learning in college should be described differently in each category and need to clarify step-by-step goals. Second, subjects should be composed of the courses to accomplish the goal based on the objectives of the education. Third, it is of great necessity to set up a learner-centerd-system rather than teachers. Fourth, evaluation methods should develop various evaluation methods to measure communicative competence and establish a system to implement fair evaluation.
