메타분석적 구조방정식모형을 이용한 중년 여성의 우울과 관련 요인 간의 구조적 관계

Structural Relationship between Depression and Depression Related Variables of Mid-Aged Women Based on Meta-Analytic Structural Equation Modeling

본 연구는 중년 여성의 우울 관련 변인에 대한 연구를 토대로 우울에 대한 평균효과크기를 구하고, 우울 관련 변인들을 요인으로 분류한 후, 우울 관련 요인과 우울간의 구조적 관계를 메타분석적 구조방정식모형으로 분석하여 중년 여성의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 직접효과, 간접효과, 총효과를 추정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 중년 여성의 우울을 주제로 2000년 이후 발표된 연구 중 중년 여성의 우울 및 관련 변인 간의 상관계수를 보고한 54편의 국내연구를 대상으로 체계적 문헌연구 및 메타분석적 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 체계적 문헌연구 결과 중년 여성의 우울과 상관계수가 보고된 변인은 49개로 나타났으며, 이 변인은 환경적 요인(개인환경적 요인, 신체환경적 요인), 인지적 요인(자아인지적 요인, 사회인지적 요인), 정신적 요인(긍정적 정신건강 요인, 부정적 정신건강 요인) 등 3개의 요인과 6개의 하위요인으로 분류되었다. 3개의 요인과 우울과의 평균효과크기를 토대로 합동상관행렬을 구하였으며, 선행연구를 바탕으로 구조방정식모형을 설정하여 메타분석적 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 우울에 영향을 미치는 총효과의 순서는 환경적 요인(0.466), 정신적 요인(-0.327), 인지적 요인(-0.290) 순으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to find the mean effect size of depression based on the studies for depression related variables of middle-aged women and classify depression-related variables into factors, and analyze the direct, indirect, and total effects of factors which affect depression of middle-aged women through the structural relationship between depression and depression related factors. For this analysis, 54 domestic studies which reported the correlation coefficients between depression of middle-aged women and depression related variables were selected for meta-analytic structural equation modeling among studies published after 2000 under the theme of depression of middle-aged women. A systematic literature review showed that 49 variables were reported for depression of middle-aged women and correlation coefficients, which were classified into 3 factors and 6 sub-factors: environmental factor (individual environmental factor, physical environmental factor), cognitive super factor (self-awareness sub-factor, social cognitive sub-factor), and mental factor (positive mental health sub-factor, negative mental health sub-factor). A pooled correlation matrix was calculated based on the correlation coefficients among depression and 3 factors, a research model was proposed based on previous studies, and a meta-analytic structural equation model was applied to verify the research model. The results showed that the order of effect sizes affecting depression was environmental factor (0.466), mental factor (-0.327) and cognitive factor (-0.290).
