보육교사의 장애인식개선교육 경험이 통합교육태도에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Education Experience for Enhancing Awareness of Disability on Attitudes of Inclusive Education among Childcare Teachers: Focused on the Mediation Effect on the Attitudes towards Persons with Disabilities

본 연구는 보육교사의 장애인에 대한 태도를 매개로 보육교사의 장애인식개선교육 경험이 통합교육태도에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써, 보육교사의 장애인에 대한 태도 개선을 통하여 보육교사의 통합교육태도 개선 및 증진을 도모하며, 보육교사를 위한 사회적 실천의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는 것에 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 강원, 제주 지역의 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사였으며, 모두 234명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 보육교사의 장애인에 대한 태도는 보육교사의 장애인식개선교육 경험과 통합교육태도의 관계에서 완전 매개하여, 대처기제로서의 장애인에 대한 태도의 역할을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 실천적·정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of the current study is to investigate the effect of the childcare teacher s experience in improving the attitude of the disabled on the attitude toward inclusive education through the attitude toward the disabled. The specific objective of this study is to enhance and promote the childcare teacher s integrated education attitude by improving the childcare teacher s attitude toward the disabled, and to use it as a primary material for social practice for childcare teachers. The subjects of this study were childcare teachers working in daycare centers of Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, and Jeju-do, and a survey was conducted on 234 people in total. As a result of the study, childcare teachers attitudes toward the disabled were fully affected by childcare teachers experience in improving the perspectives of children with disabilities under the environment of integrated education, which implicates that the role of attitude toward the disabled determines was observed as an alternative mechanism. This study presents practical and policy implications for the effects of the childcare teacher s attitude toward the disabled on childcare teacher s integrated education.
