이 연구는 한국실과교육학회지의 특성을 파악하기 위해 2001년부터 2020년까지 게재된 966편을 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 양적인 분석인 내용 분석과 질적인 분석인 인용분석, 언어 네트워크 분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 따른 주요한 논의 사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국실과교육학회지에 다양한 배경을 가진 연구자가 양질의 논문을 투고할 수 있도록 하는 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 한국실과교육학회지의 영향력 지수 개선을 위해 양질의 투고 논문의 발굴, 논문을 게재하고자 하는 연구자들에게 제공되는 서비스 개선, 적극적인 한국실과교육학회의 홍보 등에서 노력이 요구된다. 셋째, 시대의 변화와 상관없이 지속적으로 연구되는 주제와 새롭게 출연하는 연구주제를 발굴하여 연구의 깊이와 폭을 확대할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 언어 네트워크 분석의 주요 핵심어에 대한 다차원척도분석 등의 기법을 활용하여 주로 연구되는 주제와 활발하지는 않지만, 향후 잠재성이 있는 연구주제를 파악하여 미래 상황에 대비하거나 연구를 장려할 필요가 있다. 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시기별로 지속적인 본 학술지 특성을 분석하는 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 학회가 현재보다 발전하기 위해서는 많은 좋은 논문이 학술지를 통해서 공유, 확산이 되고, 많은 독자들이 볼 수 있도록 학회 차원의 위원회 운영 등을 통한 노력이 요구된다. 셋째, 학회 구성원을 확대하고, 다양한 분야의 전문가, 연구자들이 참여할 수 있도록 문호를 확대할 필요가 있다.
This study analyzed 966 articles published from 2001 to 2020 in order to understand the characteristics of the journal of practical arts education through quantitative analysis(content analysis), qualitative analysis(citation analysis, and semantic network analysis). The main points of discussion according to the results of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to make efforts to enable researchers with various backgrounds to submit quality papers to the journal of practical arts education. Second, efforts are required to discover high-quality submitted papers to improve the impact index of the journal of practical arts education, improve services provided to researchers who wish to publish theses, and actively promote the korean association of practical arts education. Third, it is necessary to expand the depth and breadth of research by discovering the topics that are continuously studied and newly appearing research topics regardless of the changes of the times. Fourth, it is necessary to prepare for future situations or encourage research by identifying the topics that are mainly researched and those that are not active but have potential by utilizing techniques such as multidimensional scale analysis of the main keywords of language network analysis. Suggestions are as follows. First, there is a need for research to analyze the characteristics of this journal continuously by period. Second, in order for the society to develop better than the present, many good papers are shared and spread through journals, and efforts are required through the operation of committees at the society level so that many readers can see them. Third, it is necessary to expand the members of the society and expand the door so that experts and researchers in various fields can participate.
