간호대학생의 액션러닝 기반 간호윤리교육이 윤리적의사결정 자신감과 윤리적가치관에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Action Learning-Based Nursing Ethics Education of Nursing Students on Ethical Decision Making Confidence and Ethical Values

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 액션러닝 기반으로한 간호윤리교육이 간호대학생의 윤리적의사결정 자신감과 윤리적가치관에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2019년 10월 01일부터 12월 10일까지 G 시에 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 총 124명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구결과, 액션러닝 기반 간호윤리교육 후 윤리적가치관이 유의한 향상을 보였고, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감이 유의한 향상을 보였다. 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 윤리적가치관과 상관관계를 보였고, 윤리적가치관이 높을수록 윤리적의사결정 자신감은 높아졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해, 간호대학생의 액션러닝 기반으로한 간호윤리교육이 윤리적의사결정 자신감과 윤리적가치관이 향상되는 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었다.

This study was conducted to identify the effect of action-learning-based nursing ethics education on the ethical decision-making confidence and ethical values of nursing college students. The data collection included 124 nursing students in G city from October 01 to December 10, 2019. The results of this study show, ethical values showed significant improvement after action learning-based nursing ethics education, and ethical decision confidence showed significant improvement. Ethical decision-making confidence was correlated with ethical values, and the higher the ethical values, the higher the confidence in ethical decision-making. Through the results of this study, the nursing ethics education based on the action learning of nursing college students showed a positive effect of improving ethical decision-making confidence and ethical values.
