The Transfiguration of the China’s Extraterritoriality in Korea after the 1905 Protectorate Treaty (1906~1910)

After the Qing-Japan War, The Han-Qing Commerce Treaty the newly concluded treaty, stipulated the equality of Korea and China relationships. And it was available till The Korea-Japan Amalgamation(1910). Depending on the conclusion of The 1905 Protectorate Treaty, Korean government’s right of diplomacy was deprived by Japan. Thus disposing the every trouble between Korean and Chinese people was dealed by Japan and China, also the diplomatic matters. Chinese peoples in Korea commited many crimes against Korean peoples abusing The 1905 Protectorate Treaty. Whenever Chinese people involved in a crime, the Japanese Government coped with Chinese criminals positively for the good reason of protect korean people. It concealed the substance of the Japanese invade to Korea, and shifted the hostility to Japanese people onto Chinese people.
