Operation Plan Childcare Teacher In-Service Education in Preparation for With COVID-19

본 연구는 코로나19 확산 가운데 실시간 화상수업으로 실시된 장기미종사자 보수교육에 참여한 수강생을 대상으로 만족도를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실시간 화상수업을 위해 노트북 또는 캠을 갖춘 데스크탑과 수업에 집중할 수 있는 물리적 공간이 마련되어야 하며, 과목당 수업시간 및 1일 수업시간에 대한 적정한 안배가 고려되어야 한다. 둘째, 상호작용이 잘 이루어진 수업에서는 만족도가 높았다는 점에서 실시간 화상수업은 토론 중심의 소규모 수업으로 진행되는 것이 바람직하다. 세째, 보육교사들에게 실시간 화상수업의 가장 큰 장점은 교육 장소까지 이동하는 시간을 절약해준다는 점이었다. 네째, 코로나19 상황에서 실시간 화상수업은 대면 집합교육의 적절한 대안이 되었다.

This study investigated the level of satisfaction among childcare teachers who participated in an in-service education for the long-term unemployed conducted in real-time remote video classes using Zoom. The results of the study were as follows: the main advantage of real-time video classes in this context is that childcare teachers are saved the transit time to the training location. It was also found that it would be desirable for real-time video classes to be conducted in small debate-oriented classes. Finally, under conditions of the COVID-19, it seems inevitable that in-service education of childcare staff should be centered in a classroom-based educational approach. Web-based instruction in the form of real-time video may be an appropriate alternative to classroom-based education.
